We have to move with inflation. I'm still wondering why high school games are still $5. They have been $5 for as long as I can remember.

YES!!! General admission shouldn't be anymore than $10!!!
Especially when you've been putting out a CRAPPY product for the past few years, more should be done to entice folks to come out. The band and a guaranteed drubbing by the visiting team isn't enough!!

I don't think the prices are too high and season tickets are discounted 8%. $20 for GENERAL ADMISSION is still a pretty good number. Halftime is worth at least $5 itself.
For example most Southern Conference (Elon, App St, Wofford) games are $25 GENERAL ADMISSION. App St even tacked on $2 ($27) to help pay for their stadium renovations and season tickets are not discounted at all . Their premium seating is $50.
As far as HOMECOMING is concerned, yes we upcharge Homecoming, but Homecoming is more than just the game.
We're good.

Homecoming could come down by $5.00 a ticket. Personally I would like to see more emphasis on family package deals for a family of four - say $60 for two adults and with no more than 2 kids under 12.
It would include 4 general admission game tickets , a voucher for 4 hot dogs or nachos, and four sodas. It would draw a lot of blue collar and young working families and not bust their budgets. That could get another probably another 2,500 -3,000 folks out each week especially for night games.
Cheaper than a movie for the same size family.

i'm okay with regular season tickets but homecoming is "over priced" in my opinion. homecoming should always be a sellout but when they raised the price, that hasn't always been the case. the stadium needs to be standing room only for homecoming...

If I was the marketing guy, I would be a little skittish about the price of the Homecoming tickets, also. I don't think HC was a sell out last year. Paychecks are getting smaller and gas prices along with other essential commodities are going up. One huge plus, Aggie HC is the greatest show on earth in NC and it's a "must see" event . |

I think the season ticket prices should be a little bit lower.
With only four home games this year, there is not much price incentive to pay $110 for a full book versus paying a total of $120 for reserved seats for each separate home game.
Especially if you live out of town and are waiting to find out how good the team will be before you invest a lot of money in seeing them play each week.
There should be more than a $10 difference there.

One suggestion would be to drop the season book price to $90. That is a good marketing number. Sounds a lot better than $100 or $110. Just like 99 cents sounds a lot better than $1.00.
Basically, you still would be getting $45 for homecoming but you would only be charging $15 for each of the other home games.
I think a lot more causal fans would jump on that plan.

The prices are fine. In fact, they were reduced from $145 to $110 after DSU dropped off the schedule. What we need now more than ever is for this team to show obvious improvement. The word "rebuilding" has to be removed from our vocabulary.

It wasn't last year. That was the most boring homecoming weekend ever, in my opinion. Plus a lot of alumni were canceling their hotel rooms after the NCCU fiasco.

i miss the days when you had to enter aggie stadium before noon to guarantee yourself a seat for the homecoming game. my butt use to hurt from sitting on those aluminum bleachers for so long.
there was a time when the homecoming game would sellout before homecoming day, you couldn't even purchase a ticket on homecoming day! and before the new track was installed, we use to bring in extra bleachers to accommodate the overflow crowds. now, we can't even fill the stadium without extra bleachers.
we use to sellout the homecoming game "every year" and it would create such a buzz to see there were no empty seats, folks were sitting in the aisles, and yet, folks were still trying to get in the stadium. i guess i'm spoiled! i hate seeing empty seats on homecoming day! to me, it takes away from the atmosphere.
i understand that we need to raise revenue during homecoming, but we haven't had a winning season in over 5 years and we're only 1 season removed from a 27 game losing streak. we need to get our fans back in the stadium and $35 for a homecoming ticket is too much for a team that hasn't won a homecoming game in years...

How many is a lot?
Keep in mind that we're at a historic bottom of A&T football. That can only have a negative impact the quality of any school's HC. Actually, I feel ours has held up well. Most HBCUs would have taken a greater economic impact
What could be done (other than willing) to improve the value of a game ticket/season pass? Are you (fans) satisfied with the current game day experience?
