I see why VA Tech let him get away ,for all his pro's he is a fumble machine Same with #1 from South Carolina. He cannot catch a cold while walking across the yard from Cooper to the Cafe barechested in a driving rainstorm.

Aggies - 24 RI Rams -31 Final
>QB Brickhandler: 161 yards passing and 97 yards rushing; >RB Christian: 22 carries for 97 yards rushing;
But the killer was still their RB McKenzie (23 carries for 233 yards and 3 TDs).
per CAA Stats

And people are wondering Why I'm not concerned about a defensive end decommitting.. when it is clear that we need defensive tackles. Also what the hell is number six doing. Number six has been missing tackles all season. It's like he doesn't want to tackle anybody. OR HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TACKLE!!!! Then why did Washington give him a scholarship 🤔. He knows how to tackle but plays like he is afraid to tackle 😆 🤣.

I have a prediction for you. The following players will enter the portal, and it won't necessarily "hurt" the Aggies:
Yeager-Went from starter to 3rd string. He's outta here! K. White-He's 50/50. He'll compete hard in spring camp and fall camp, but if Brickhandler continues to progress, he's the starter. Not sure if White will accept that. Blizzard-He probably feels like he's WAAAAY better than the guys "ahead" of him and won't be content sitting behind christian, dixon, and graves. He's outta here! Andrew Brown-Depending on his progress post-surgery, I think he's listening to those "You're better than A&T" voices in his (& his parents) ear and jump to ECU/App/Charlotte/somewhere like that.
More will follow.Â
In terms of coaching changes, I don't see any. The OC's play calling was questioned by the announcers (Rhode Island's people), but I think he and Brown will bring in guys who'll fit into their scheme.
In terms of off-season work, I'll continue to "harp" on the fact that we are LITTLE compared to our CAA opponents. LESS TIME fingerpainting with elementary school students, bowling excursions, and playing tug o' war at 4:30 am and GET IN THE WEIGHT ROOM & come up off some money and hire a legit strength and conditioning team-Coaches, nutritionists, etc.
The question is: Do we have enough blood pressure and nerve medications to last us through the 1-10 season, off-season, and the '24 season? We won't be a contender until '25 at the earliest.

I'm sorry but the first step in tackling is getting in front of the runner. I didn't see today's game, but I saw the same thing last week in the Homecoming game. Not saying some of these guys lack the heart to play college football but they do make me wonder.

I see why VA Tech let him get away ,for all his pro's he is a fumble machine Same with #1 from South Carolina. He cannot catch a cold while walking across the yard from Cooper to the Cafe barechested in a driving rainstorm. He catches between then the receiver's we have . Also you try running the ball 22 times getting gang tackled 17 of them when defensive players pulling at the ball just to get a few extra yard and see if you wouldn't fumble at least once in 22 carries. The key is to know when to go to the ground . That is the problem you have with tall RB'S that are gang tackled 😆. Now this is on the OC . When you see that a team is selling on defense to stop the run ,that is when you go play action-RPO .which worked in the fist half and each time we used it. You don't move away from what's working you make the defense adjust and them hit them with something else. Again we beat ourselves with drive stopping penalties and players mistakes on both sides of the ball . This is not an OC thing but a Team thing . In saying that YOU CAN'T BLAME ANYONE WHEN YOU BEAT YOURSELF.
