Great season, but like I said before - we're gonna have to add a few new flavors to the chicken recipe.
Time for Washington to look in the mirror and admit that his pass defense needs an overhauling.

I also think that the part of the current recipe that needs work is the return game. We were successful this year with a return game that is just average. We really missed the threat of taking it to the house. The defense is going to force the other team to punt at least 4-5 times a game. The return game can be worth 1-2 victories each year. The pass defense then becomes more gravy than chicken.

Was Baldwin on the team this year? Or did he have to sit a year for transferring from Savannah State?

That our Punt returner next year. Nah, I want Banks to continue to handle punt return duties for us in 2020. He makes great decisions and had excellent hands. Baldwin can try his luck at kickoff returns.

Was Baldwin on the team this year? Or did he have to sit a year for transferring from Savannah State? It was an in-conference FCS transfer so he had to sit out this past season. He's also a pretty accomplished slot receiver.
