guess we don't have to worry about our defense no more, 19 net total rushing yards against a top 25 ranked pwc says it all...

I dont know about that.
Elon's offensive line was not great, and they drastically wore down as the game went on.

I dont know about that. Elon's offensive line was not great, and they drastically wore down as the game went on. Aside from Duke, I can't be too sure about other OL's the team will face this year will be as good as Elon's even. SC State, Bethune Cookman, and FAMU will want to say something about that of course. However, I don't see too many pitfalls for our front besides this weekend.

I dont know about that. Elon's offensive line was not great, and they drastically wore down as the game went on. we replaced more starters on our d-line than they replaced on their o-line, so that doesn't concern me. given the numerous holes we had to fill on defense, i think our defense out performed expectations big time... man, i don't know what it is about our defensive philosophy and our defensive coaches but year after year regardless of personnel we absolutely shutdown the run! and the best thing about it is that we tell you before the game that's what we're gonna do and opposing teams still can't run on us!
knock on wood, its amazing that another school hasn't plucked away our defensive coaches...

We don't give our coaches enough credit. Their in game adjutments were huge. To beat a top 25 team with essentially only 5 starters from the previous season is simply amazing.
Hunt, Leslie, Kittles, Bah, McCain all on the shelf and barely miss a beat. One of the best coaching jobs I've seen in a minute.

Maybe it's chemistry but, Duke will definitely exploit that weakness. We has trouble covering the tight end...I'm surprised Elon went away from it in the 2nd half.
