Grade 1 hyper extended knee. I can say from some experience its a 3-4 week healing period for us old wannbee weekend warriors still trying to hit a tennis ball and about half that time for a a real 19-year old physical phenom like Cohen. He'll should be ready to go against SCSU full throttle this week after now getting two weeks rest. I hope you are right! Been there...done that! Two weeks could be enough, but if not, I hope that he takes the time that he needs to get back to 100% health.

I never want an injury to happen period, but things like this happen often everywhere. That's what set hbcus and pwc's apart. Continuously putting all of our eggs in one basket is the hbcu approach. Im glad Klugh and Cartwright had to take over during a real game(conference game). It makes our back ups that much more reliable.
A team effort in winning takes more than just the amazing starting 11. Football is a next man up sport. Cohen could've not played last week and got his leg snapped this week. How many players got injured this weekend? Ask Quick?
The could've shouldve would've stuff doesn't win games. I do know that our freshmen back ups helps us to win one.
Be glad that we're actually building REAL time quality depth. Not trying to speak to soon, but in the event we make the playoffs, this is the type of experience your back ups need.
