I don't think you start trying to overly protect from injury. It can happen at any time against any opponent. Start him and take him out as soon as things are in hand.

Players get hurt in pratice all the time. Give him a couple carries then give him a good seat on the bench where he can watch Golden Delight

I am just selfish. I just love seeing this kid run and would love to see him run for about 200 yards or more every game. Against Chowan I just hope he can get his yards in quick and let others get in and get a lot of yards also. That would be perfect for me.

i wanna see what cartwright and klugh can do behind the starting o-line. hopefully foster will be healthy enough to play some extended minutes too. i fully expect the aggies to run back at least 1 or 2 kick/punt returns for touchdowns against chowan. man, i just luv our "team speed"! "speed kills" is no lie...

On second thought I'm the OFFICIAL Golden Delight caretaker and chief watch dogg for the Golden Delights (as in Aggie Dogg)

Exactly oldschool Klugh and cartwright are good enough to play at that level and carry the team to a victory. But you know this could be a time that quick can work on his short passes to the receiver because lord knows he needs to work on getting the ball to his receivers(not up in the air) into the players numbers.

I don't think Cohen's injury occurred in the Chowan game . Remember when he came out limping in the Elon game. He didn't have pads on in practice the week before the Chowan game , the same thing this past week in practice before Howard .

Grade 1 hyper extended knee. I can say from some experience its a 3-4 week healing period for us old wannbee weekend warriors still trying to hit a tennis ball and about half that time for a a real 19-year old physical phenom like Cohen.
He'll should be ready to go against SCSU full throttle this week after now getting two weeks rest.
