Meyers must have had a very good working relationship with Renick when they were together at A&T and their positions were reversed. It is also good that it shows that a person can build good and meaningful professional relationships while working at A&T.

Jackson State must be in some real trouble. And if they aren't now they soon may be. I thought after Renick's exit from A&T, his days as a University President were over. He's got high-energy but I'm not sure he has the administrative skills to run a university.

Didn't David Hoard get run out of A&T? I don't think Hoard endeared himself with the Aggie Club. I can't remember the other inside politics that was going on with Hoard.

I don't think there were any politics involved other than performance, remember the 100 million dollar capital campaign, there was also some issue with those life annuity vehicles he initiated, and of course don’t forget the Victory Club. If those actions had been successful he may still be here.
