If I'm coaching, after he does it the first time I pull him aside and remind him of what his area is. If he does it the second time, then we have issues. You can't have that on a team. You'll lose control quickly. When you are winless, a team begins not to trust what you tell them anyway. We saw it with Small and Fobbs. The coach has to take back control win or lose.

They must have statement kind of win this weekend or Lee may not get the team back.
