Hampton vs. Central Michigan
Norfolk State vs. Rutgers
FAMU vs. Miami
I would expect Hampton game to be the most competitive. Any thoughts ?

All 3 MEAC schools that played tonight laid big goose eggs. They may have laid Goose Eggs but Hampton's & Norfolk's Defenses looked very good, especially the Spartans. They held Rutgers to 6 1st half points. When their Offense comes around, watch out. I am glad we get NSU next week as they will improve greatly as the season progresses.

Pitbull,
I watched the SC State vs. GT game . Watched on espn 3 hooked my laptop up to a hd tv. picture was fantastic. Score was not represnative of the game.
SC States off line dominated the game they blew GT def off the line. Starting rb had over 100 yards. Malcolm Long was horrible after the first quarter. After a couple of passes Buddy Poe asked him (I could read Poe's lips) Where the F*** are you throwing the ball.
Longs performance combined with GT's option running QB were the differnce in the game. Oh yea Long's fat Azz needs to lose some weight he must tip the scales at 260
The off line has all five starters back and they are very impressive. Oh yea Long was not under pressure if he was not so big he could pick up 15 yards running five or six times. The broadcasters pointed this out several times.

I agree w/ everything you said...Long is a great talent but he lacks the discipline to get in true playing shape...If he was 225-230...He would be bound for the NFL....
