I agree with that statement, Aggie jazz. To win consistently on this level you have to be able to make a few diamonds out of coal. That is done by (1) having a superb strength and conditioning program and (2) having coaches who are able to teach proper fundamentals.
We need to instill a new culture within the football program where guys have the desire to be full-time gym rats. I remember watching a feature on ESPN that showed all the USC players eager to get back to hitting the iron, just days after they won a national championship.
We need to start producing more players who look like pro wrestlers, not basketball or soccer players.

You are correct, Those two statement are the first things you do to build a great program.
