Marketingman, are there going to be any prize giveaways or trivia questions on Thursday night, in addition to just watching the football game on TV?
It might also be a good idea to get the golden delights to come out and participate. Those are some good looking ladies and they may help increase the turnout.
When the Rockets had viewing parties last season we would have our mascot, cheer leaders and PA announcer all come out. It kind of made it feel like you were at a home game. They would also ask trivia question during timeouts and the winner got a Rockets hat, t-shirts or maybe even tickets to a future game.
We should do something like that Thursday night.

BTW: If Rob Daniels from the News & Record wrote something about the viewing party in his preview story it would definitely increase the turnout. Brian Hollway should give him a call tommorrow and make sure he at least has a note about the party in his article on Thursday morning.
Also, you guys should be plugging the viewing party all week on WNAA. Tell every DJ on the station to give out information regarding the party each hour of their program.

It may be a little too late for this, but they should also have a viewing party on campus for the students. Maybe open up the newly-refurbished Harrison auditorium, get the JV cheerleaders to perform and have some games and prize giveaways.

I doubt it. That's even more of a reason to having a viewing party in Harrison auditorium. I'm sure there is some way to get a temporary satilite feed in for just one night.

Harrison is a no go from now untill....As soon as all of yall pack up ya grills and bottles, they locked Harrison back up...Its not finished and wasnt ready even when it first opened back up...They still have to intsall lighting and sound. And even if it was ready, the students wont even be able to piss on the bricks at Harrison untill another 2 years. The newness got to wear off before they let it go forreal...Only chancellor events or alumni requests turn a key in that building from now on.
