I take core training, which is a mix of yoga, palates and abs training. I increased my flexibility and strength. I am happy these guys are taking this class. They will definitely feel and see the difference. I think this will definitely help them in their basketball conditioning and playing defense. I just hope they can make their layups and hit their jumpers.
