The N&R kills me with always managing to put A&T in the headlines. If it didn't happen on campus then they need to keep our name out of their mouth!

It is just getting worse in Greensboro. I was robbed at Cookout back in June. We got to get these people work ASAP!

I think there was a shooting on UNCG campus last week, did it make the front page of the N&R?

In all fairness, it does appear the N&R is somewhat consistent with their reporting. I'm still looking for articles that mentions UNCG by name for crimes that occur near campus. www.news-record.com/content/2009/10/04/article/man_arrested_in_campus_shootingMan arrested in campus shootingSunday, October 4, 2009 By J. Brian Ewing Staff Writer GREENSBORO -- UNCG police have arrested a man they say fired a sawed-off shotgun on campus Saturday. The incident occurred shortly after midnight as a party at the Phillip-Hawkins dorm was breaking up. Campus police say a fight broke out which ended when Ricky Cooke fired the shotgun. When police arrived they found a car its door open parked beside the dorm and the student health center. Police found the sawed-off 12-gauge and ammunition inside. The car was towed and Cooke was arrested when he attempted to claim it. No was hurt during the incident and Capt. Paul Lester said police have no evidence Cooke was firing at anyone. Cooke is not a student. He is charged with possession of a firearm on campus, possession of a weapon of mass destruction and possession of marijuana. Lester said Cooke has been charged with possession of a weapon on campus before. Cooke’s age was not available.

I think there was a shooting on UNCG campus last week, did it make the front page of the N&R? A very small article made the papers. Several days later there was a very favorable article stating that crime committed on their campus is done by outsiders.

Noticed "UNCG" wasn't in the headlines for its campus shooting but "A&T" is in the headlines for a shooting not on its campus. This BS is so blatant.
