UNCG Chancellor Linda Brady is tangled a little in this NC State and Easley controversy. Below is the link to the story involving Chancellor Brady and her reply to it. Noticed no sensationalized headlines with her name or UNCG mentioned. It would probably be the last time N&R writes about this story with Brady's name or UNCG mentioned in it. So no endless stories repeating the same thing over-and-over again when it comes to the west side crowd. Lawd only knows how many stories N&R would write if our own Chancellor Martin was mention only once in a casual email. Heck, there would be 2 weeks of articles in the N&R on the meaning of "Martin is a fine fellow". lol www.news-record.com/content/2009/06/08/article/mary_easley_fired_from_nc_state_job

Doesn't seem to be much of a story there in the first place. She took a proactive approach and gave a simple explanation of why her name would appear in any emails that were being released and what her involvement was in the whole situation.
It would've been in the best interest of leadership at NCSU to have taken this same approach to the situation. If so, they might still have a job. Oh, wait ... never mind. They still have a job.
