How about we name the building after "Joe Clark" aka "Crazy Joe"( After all it is an education building). Just look what he did for those kids at East Side High? Who would make a case to take his name off of the building? Or we could put Jesse Jackson on. The man did run for President.....

Dee Todd in the new education building. There is a joke in there somewhere. I wonder if Fobbs is in there, too?

This bama defalted on his student loans and refuses to pay them. Also how does an alum charge a appearance fee to the university to which he attended? Lastly, did this bama graduate? As far as the building goes, put Renick or some other chancellor who doesn't have a building yet. The fact it doesn't have a name shows the lack of unity within the leadership

Was A&T able to build the building to its orginal deminsion?
I know A&T had a funding shortage for this building and Renick's solution was to reduce the size/space. The Education Department balked at that suggestion because a reduced size meant cutting space that was needed already.

I'm sure they are happy now that they were able to build. No money now.

I was told that the building will be named after Dr. Proctor (ex Chancellor).

I would think a building named after Proctor should happen, even though he was not on campus for the majority of his tenure 1960-64.
But naming it Renick would be the best course of action if its not named after Proctor or a major donor who has paid their money.
