For those of you heading to Winston this weekend, is there a good place that we can all gather for a pregame lunch prior to the women's contest ... or post-game dinner after the men's showdown?

I'll be hitting the city sorta late ( around halftime of the womens game). I wanted to see PHX play the Bobcats tonight. But an after-game meet will work for me if that is decided. I've heard of this place called "sweet potatoes" downtown, but yo, a bojangles will work for me or a wing joint.

I would ask getupramz if he could recommend a spot, but honestly I am kinda scared of what he might say. LOL

What about this weekend? Do any of you clowns want to try and meet up somewhere? There is a new restaurant/sports bar opened @ 822 S. Aycock St. called Aycock St. Tavern. This is just off Lee Street about two blocks from the Coliseum toward A&T. It is owned by a fellow Aggie; they sell Burgers and other sandwiches; all ABC permits. (Owned by Reggie Williams from Wilmington NC; A&T Class of 85)
