I foresee a good 'ol fashion @ss whippin in this one. hardly anyone will be on campus. If things are the same, they'll eat better because the cafe is closed. They'll be more comfortable.
Yeah, that'll be a good @ss whippin for Campbell.

NO ONE OVER 6-0 AND YET THEY WIN!!!!! BUIES CREEK, N.C.-Ashley Williamson notched her second double-double of the season with 16 rebounds and 11 points, leading Campbell over High Point, 67-56 in non-conference women’s basketball action Tuesday night inside the John W. Pope, Jr. Convocation Center.
The Panthers fall to 2-7 on the season, while the Lady Camels move to 4-1, their best start since the 1999-2000 season.
Williamson, a junior forward, added a career high four blocks in the contest, half of the team’s total of eight. Three other Lady Camels joined Williamson in double-figure scoring as well, as senior Lauren Arthur tallied a season high 13 to lead the bunch.
Freshman Amanda O’Neill registered 11 in the win, while senior Jessica Mack posted 10. Arthur totaled three assists and a pair of steals, with O’Neill and Mack recording six boards each. Sophomore forward Lauren Yesh and junior forward Geami Britt combined for 12 points and 13 rebounds.
In her season debut, junior forward Gara Bell registered six rebounds and five points. Freshman guard Kate Cloxton claimed six points and three rebounds in the 11-point CU victory.
“We shot a little flat the first half and High Point deserves credit for that,” said head coach Wanda Watkins. “I thought the difference in the second half came down to three things. It was a combination of better shots, better defense and better rebounding.”
Sophomore forward Mackenzie Maier led all scorers with 17 points, adding six boards, while freshman forward Shamia Brown tallied 12 points and four rebounds. Sophomore guard Frances Fields contributed seven points and and four rebounds in the loss.
The Panthers ended the night with nine rebounds, four coming from junior forward Ashlee Samuels. High Point also won the turnover battle, forcing 17 while giving the ball up on only 10 possessions. The Lady Camels did, however, posted 53 boards compared to 45 for the Panthers.
After taking a 29-25 lead into the half, the Lady Camels extended their advantage to 14 by way of an 18-6 run to open the period. Mack posted the first points of the stanza, receiving a Cloxton pass in the lane for a lay-in. The senior knocked down the shot, despite a foul, and drained the and-one from the line. O’Neill posted five of her 11 point in the Lady Camel run, including a three that capped the drive.
The lead would fall as low as seven with under five minutes remaining on a LaTeisha Dean jumper, that brought the contest to a 57-50 score. The Lady Camels solidified the win in the final minutes, however, reeling off a 10-6 final burst.
Next up for Campbell will be the start of Atlantic Sun play, as the Lady Camels will head to Florida Gulf Coast and Stetson over the weekend.

Their money? They have a lot of weathly alumni from their Law School much like Davidson. A ton of judges, DAs, and legislators graduate from there with their law degrees so their pockets can be fairly deep if need be but they shy away from big time sports a general rule.
Besides there isn't much down there except the thriving metropolic giants of Lillington and Dunn.
P.S. - High Point women's team stinks pretty much like their men do this year. To that I can testify as a witness.
