All that crap he has been talking on the board and dude was a no-show yesterday.
And to think, our fans were even nice enough to give your lame cheerleaders some cool little toy footballs as a parting gift.

Straight punked. That was GANSTA! Who would have thought I would be saying that about cheerleaders.

As a former cheerleader, I must say that I am embarrased! All of that was not neccessary. I know A&T and WSSU have always had a beef with each other. It was alive and well when I cheered but it never came to that. I know the A&T cheer coach personally and I am very surprised she let it get this far. We always prided ourselves in being one step above WSSU and letting them act a fool even if people on the outside thought WSSU was better. I don't agree with stooping to their level. SMH!!!!

I would expect that sort of thing from the players but they are better disciplined than any of the women where on both sides. We as a people need to stop all this jawing and provocation on trying to embarrass one another and forget this phony "disrepecting me" crap.
That is something better left to gutter snipes and crackheads to pursue.

I would saying getupramz is personally responsible for what happened yesterday.
Nobody was even thinking about a cheerleading rivalry between A&T and WSSU before getupramz came on this site and started hyping things up.

WSSU can't be blamed for this one. From my understanding A&T went over to WSSU's side first. WSSU wasn't going to be punked so they came back with it. Normally the visiting team performs first followed by the home squad. A&T clearly set the tone for this mess. Lord knows I don't want to defend the Rams because they have always been classless to me but A&T provoked them.

You won the MEAC for cheerleading over WSSU so why go get in somebody face when you've already proven yourself in championship competition. Our girls need to start thinking with their noggins first.
It was embarrasing to our university and plastered all over Youtube under ghetto cheeleading. I kid you not.
The coach and the squad need to called on to carpet for this one so this never happens again.

Aggie One you are correct on all points! WSSU wants to be us. We have the trophies to prove we are better than they are. The whole thing is very embarassing! As Aggie One stated the routine (if you want to call it that) is under ghetto cheerleading. We need to do better!

Yeah but A&T's cheerleaders came over to WSSU's side and got pelted with trash from the crowd FIRST. I saw it with my own eyes and the video proves that. I could care less what they said when they were actually cheering...nothing should have provoked the Rams band or crowd to throw trash.
Now like I said in another thread, the MAJOR mistake was to then allow the Ram cheerleaders to come over to A&T's side without thinking there may be some retaliation from our crowd.

I didn't realize it came to all of that until I went back and looked at the whole clip. Otherwise I wouldn't have posted my initial comments. Yeah, that makes both universities look bad. It almost looked like they were ready to come to blows. WSSU bought that mess to the MEAC and we fell for it. I suspect this is the last we'll see of the "Bring it On" battles.

Ghetto or not, I think we need to get a little fire back. Do that every week? NO. But part of having the "swagger" that Wheels was talking about is not being afraid to get in the face of the opponent. Like Joe Biden's mother said, "When a bully knocks you down, get up and go bloody his nose so he knows not to do that again" This won't need to happen again but it had to happen once.

That's fine for preparing a football team each week but cheerleading is a totally different matter. I know they work as hard as anyone just like the band does but you seriously can't equate the two in order to reconcile that mess by any standard from last Saturday night.
Let's get real here.

Yeah, we don't need to risk ending up on the front page of the N&R over a cheerleader battle gone bad. On another note, I'm tired of our opponents coming into our house and showing their azz. JC Smith fans showered some Aggies with debris last week and now we see the WSSU students start that crap with our cheerleaders. NCCU fans did the same last year. We need to post security in the stands on the visitors side.
