O.K., now that the 2008 Football Season is fastly approaching, what is the deal with LIVE VIDEO Streaming of AGGIE FOOTBALL ?
What's going on with WNAA? Last Season I don't think I heard them on the Air at All

Expect a major announcment very shortly at about a new person in the broadcast booth this season.
Hint: He's a former A&T quarterback.

It was confirmed yesterday that the legendary Alan Hooker will be doing the broadcast for the football webcast this year.
That's the good news. The bad news is that, reportedly, the football webcast will be pay per view.
I guess that's why that guy came on this site a few weeks ago, talking about the revamped video stream.
Not sure how much they will charge per game.

I don't think so. From my understanding, they only decided to revamp the live video stream broadcast because they thought they might be able to generate some revenue from it.
Reportedly, a lot of 1-AA schools are going that route.

Smith, the North Carolina A&T athletics department plans to offer live web streaming for athletic events. The department will offer the first few football contest for free for Aggies fans before offering a pay-per view package that will allow Aggie fans from across the country to watch the Aggies win. Offering the play-by-play for football games this season will be Aggie alumnus Walter T. Johnson. Johnson’s partner in the broadcast booth will be none other than Aggie football legend Alan Hooker. Hooker is the Aggies all-time leading passer and owns numerous Aggie passing records. Watch the Aggies take on Johnson C.
