Looks like we have something in common...you are pissed off and I am disgruntled. Well, it looks like our discontent is for very different reasons. My disgruntledness is because Dee Todd ran the athletic department in the ground. Your 'pisstivity' is beacuse she got fired for it.
Now, you stated on another thread that she is an icon. Well the only thing iconic about Ms. Todd is her ability to make herself look like an @ss publicly.
A dose of reality: yes she came from the ACC, but they wanted her gone. They were elated when they thought they had gotten her off their hands when she interviewed for the NCCU job. Another dose of reality: No one...I state no one is angered by her re-assignment. Indifferent maybe...angered no. Well, maybe her family and close friend ( I think she only has one). Most Aggies who actually FEEL something about the dismissal of her responsibilites of AD are ELATED...again..not everyone feels this way. Some people actually didn't totally dislike her.
I have spoken to athletics staff, campus staff, and even some athletes. None of these people were upset. None were surprised. All were hopeful that the change will be good for A&T.
If you are a true aggie, as disappointed as you are about Ms. Todd's misfortune, you will still want success to come to the Aggies. You would not wish ill will on Chancellor Battle. As opposed as I was to Ms. Todd being AD, I still wanted her to be successful because I LOVE AGGIE ATHLETICS.
I don't want to believe you are an Aggie (maybe u are a Ram or a Falcon???) because of your spelling, and grammar. But if you are, let's give Wheeler and Battle the benefit of the doubt. You never know what good may come from this!
