Congratulations!!!! Both the women and men win in Orangeburg against SC State.
Women clinched at least a tie for MEAC title and no doubt the women will win it out right.
The men could finished in second place!! if they win all of their games and Norfolk State loses two more with one of those against the Aggies. It is not all gloom and fool's gold for the men. At least the Aggies have a good chance of finishing third.
Remember three of the conference losses have came in the last 10 seconds of the games.

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (AP)—Jason Wills hit the winning jumper with 0.8 seconds to go as North Carolina A&T beat South Carolina State 77-75 on Monday night.
Wills’ game-winner ruined a strong comeback by the Bulldogs (10-18, 6-8 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), who trailed by 18 points in the first half, only to come back to lead 69-63 on a 3-pointer by Jessie Burton with 6:36 left in the game.
The Aggies (14-13, 8-5) finished the game on a 14-6 run as South Carolina State failed to score a basket in the final 3:13.
North Carolina A&T tied it at 75 on Ed Jones’ tip-in with 1:51 left.
The Aggies shot 49.2 percent (29-of-59) from the field and made 7-of-18 3-pointers, while the Bulldogs shot 40 percent (30-of-75) overall and 7-of-32 from behind the arc.
Austin Ewing scored 13 points and Wills added 12 points and nine rebounds for North Carolina A&T.
Burton led all scorers with 21 points for South Carolina State, while Jason Flagler added 12 points and nine rebounds.

Wow a win and only two posts. Surprising... That's because wins are expected (a good thing). Loses to (to what we think are) inferior teams and the coach flipping out during and afterwards are something to talk about.

Congrats to Eaves and team. They need to keep winning so we don't have to play on the first day of the tourney.

Wow a win and only two posts. Surprising... I don't know, but maybe, just maybe it's because we got a buzzer beater win over the #8 placed team in the conference. Furthermore, I would go on to say that SC State is worst than I've ever seen them this year. Don't let your pride blind you. We barely beat a terrible team last night. But maybe it's just me, Mr. Glass is half empty.

This team can show a lot of heart with comeback wins over Coppin,FAMU, and SCSU in the last minutes. If we finish 3rd there is a good chance that we have to beat SCSU a third time in the tourney but the good news is that we don't have to face Morgan until the finals

In the televised games, they looked tired at the line. Do they practice free throws at the beginning of practice or the end? If they don't already, they should practice them at the end after they're already tired to prepare for game-time situations. I bet we have a lot of what Phil Jackson calls "11:00 AM shooters" that can fill it up in practice, but they can't make that translate over to 7:00 PM success.

I don't know for sure, but I'm willing to bet they only have 2 goals for their practices. That may be the reason why the percentage is so low.
