Why not just make it 3:00 in the morning. At least then you might attract a few people who are leaving the night clubs. Aint nobody coming to the dawg pound at 10 a.m. on a Saturday.
First no midnight madness and now this.
Ok I get it now. Nobody is serious about promoting A&T basketball.

You know, I was actually thinking about creating a dawgpound.com fan site this year.
But what's the point? Obviously, bringing more exposure to the basketball program is not what this administration is concerned about.

This is a bad move by the Athletic Department to not really promote the upcoming basketball season for the men and women programs.

sad!

truly sad!
I guess they are thinking of the FAMU game, but even so what's wrong with 4pm. Even that doesn't explain the marketing campaign. Are there at least flyers around campus, notice in The A&T Register, or on the Radio? The athletic website still has TBA. What is the purpose of this event, obviously not to showcase the team, or build interest or to sell season tickets?

Maybe the exhibition game is for that purpose?

Thrilla,
First of all, since when does anyone other than the coach set the practice schedule? I, along with quite many others, plan to be there at 10:00a sharp. It's unfortunate that you don't seem to be very supportive right now...let's drop what happened with football and get onboard with basketball.
By the way, I believe volleyball plays at 1:00p; therefore, 4:00p is not happening.
SooooOO, has anyone expressed to Coach Eaves that they feel his practice schedule is Stupid, Stupid, Stupid and Bush League? Didn't think so. Have a nice day.

Eaves always practices in the early morning hours, been doing it for the last three years. I agree, stop yall's whining and show up Saturday if you want to but definitely be there on Monday night for the L-R game. This team is going to be really good.

Fine if this is a regular practice, but I thought this was BLUE VS GOLD SCRIMMAGE, generally that is not considered a regular practice. Do we normally post the regular practice schedule on the athletic website? Don’t forget everybody that’s interested in Aggies Basketball doesn’t live in Greensboro.
