Saw this on another website. A courtesy mentioning only, it saddens me that NC A&T is not in the mix. I think we have the greatest fans...just not the largest fan attendance. www.i-aa.org/article.asp?articleid=72014

Truth be told, our home attendance has fallen of something awful over the a few years and now that we can't put the extra bleachers in for homecoming, don't expect those figures to increase very much. Keith McCLuny is working hard to improve the game-day atmosphere in and around the stadium, but we still don't have a lot of room for the average fan to tailgate before and after games and their isn't a constant buzz and electricity inside the stadium during games.
I can pretty much agree that we don't belong in the top five, but to be anywhere behind Grambling is simply ridiculous.

How can Hampton be ahead of us?

This Chuck Burton guy could not have gone to several of those schools and witnessed a game. He may be just shooting in the clouds based on winning programs.

I agree... obviously Chucky has never attended an A&T Hampton game in Hampton and witnessed more Aggies than Pirates! Hampton has HORRIBLE attendance at its athletic events compared to A&T... Hardly any Pirates ever make it down for the game at Aggie Stadium.

Most of Hampton's game are classics, and if they are the home team for any of those classic games, the attendance for those games are counted as their home attendance.
