Thanks Marketingman. That explanation was a whole lot better than just saying "theres NO way that can happen." I think you clarified what the challenges are to getting this done. However, I personally know of several BDF-related ideas that people have said could never be done at A&T that are now currently in place. For instance: we spoke with former AD Scandrett about doing a solid gold-like campaign at A&T back in 1999 and he basically paid us no attention whatsover. Thrilla, when you see other schools "dim" the lights, look closely. The lights aren't turned off, there are covers that slide over the lamps to make it dark, then when the festivities are over, the switch is flipped and the covers roll back...

Thrilla,
It's expensive. Especially as an add-on. It would almost like putting in new lights from an installation standpoint. Tens of thousands of dollars.

Maybe we can get a bunch of student interns to climb up to the rafters at Corbett and manually drop a black cover over the lights.
This could be a senior project for marketing and P.E. majors.
