Healthcare Begins With Y-O-U!
Students, faculty, and staff, the flu season is here and we must have a hand in preventing the spread of it! Wash your hands frequently with soap and water. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough and sneeze. Place used tissues in a wastebasket and clean your hands after coughing and sneezing, using soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve if you don’t have a tissue and remember to stay at home if you have a fever or if you are sick. For information about flu-like symptoms or to receive the flu shot, call Sebastian Health Center at 334.7880.
