www.news-record.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070808/NEWSREC0101/70808005Sex discrimination alleged at N.C. A&T The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit alleging a current and former employee were sexually discriminated against at N.C. A&T. The complaint, filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court, alleges that N.C. A&T discriminated against Tasha Murray and Mattie Smith while they were employees of the campus' Department of Police and Public Safety. The complaint, according to the Department of Justice, says the two women were subjected to sexual harassment that created a hostile work environment and that the university failed to take appropriate action to remedy the discrimination. A spokeswoman for N.C. A&T could not immediately be reached for comment early Wednesday morning.

It may not be good but it also may not be true. It is easy to file these type of lawsuits but it is sometimes hard to prove.
