77, do you still live in Greensboro? Before I left upon graduation in 2001, things were starting to take that turn. We used to joke about going to Winston and getting shot at, but it started happening more and more around Greensboro.
Just reflects a changing of the times.

we keep bouncing around - we live in Leesburg now. probably won't be here much longer since we're house hunting. what's the prospects look like in Manassas?

Now is the time to buy. The market has slowed to a crawl. Builders are giving all kinda incentives. There are houses in my development that have been on the market for three or four months. That was unheard of 18 months ago, people were bidding up the price the day house went on the market. The problem is NO. VA is still expensive. But if you get in now in two years you will be happy.
