norfolk state's women beat "mizzou" yesterday 57-54 and of course on mmizzou's home court. nsu women are "undefeated" so far, all wins over pwc's. in addition to mizzou, they've also beaten w&m along with longwood.
they come to corbett next month, we will have our "hands full" but it should be an exciting game. man, i hate that we don't have doubleheaders anymore. i'd like to attend that game, but i don't wanna drive down for just one game...

i'm a little embarrassed to play unc in corbett only because we can't even bring corbett up to d1 standards as long as we have those ugly azz uncomfortable eyesore upper level bleachers in corbett. meanwhile, unc took "their version" of our moore gym (carmichael auditorium) and "completely" renovated it. though carmichael is only their #2 basketball facility, it still outclasses corbett and also has more seating even though they're all seatbacks. nc state's renovation of reynolds is even more impressive than carmichael.
i wouldn't feel so bad if we didn't have those upper level bleachers. but oh well, another classic case of the "haves and have nots". and i'll be honest, the disparity pysses me off...
