GREENSBORO – For the first time, the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) is honoring student-athletes with a 3.0 grade point average or higher for the 2023 Fall Semester with the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll. A total of 3,974 student-athletes, a conference record, are being recognized. The conference is honoring these student-athletes for three different levels of achievement.

The CAA recognized those with a 4.0 grade point average as High Honors with Distinction. Student-athletes with a GPA between 3.7 and 4.0 are recognized as High Honors. Student-athletes with a GPA between 3.0 and 3.7 are recognized as Honors. Among the 3,974 student-athletes, 190 are from North Carolina A&T State University.



Aggies Place 111 on CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll
GREENSBORO – In North Carolina A&T's first full season in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), the Aggies had 111 student-athletes recognized as members of the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for the 2023 Spring semester.

Student-athletes on the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll must have participated in a CAA-sponsored sport, attained a minimum grade point average of 3.0 during the designated academic term and been enrolled as a full-time student.

Kudos to our Student-Athletes for excelling on and off the field! Congratulations to our Administration, Coaches and support staff as well. The number one goal is preparing our students for the future. I feel confident that this will translate to success on the field.

Hopefully we can bring the same energy to BDV when our Administration/Coaches have positive/tangible results!
