These kids are baaad and pay is low.
To many kids per class too.

My daughter did her undergrad in Elementary Education and Special Education and her master's in counseling at A&T. She tells me all the time that the kids may be bad, but the parents are worse. A student spends only 15% of their time in school, yet the school is expected not only cover academic subjects, but things that aren't being covered at home by lacking parents. It kills me to see 7000 people at a football game, 3000 people at a basketball game, and 5 people at a PTA meeting. The problems BEGIN and END with the parents!
