excellent win! uncg by no means whatsoever is a "slouch", we beat a very good team tonight that has more than 20 wins in the socon. this is a testament of how talented our ladies are and how well coached we are.
my daughter played point guard for uncg back in the early 2000's where she broke several uncg records and led the "nation" in steals. ain't no way in hail she would not have given me a hard time had we loss this game. lol, now she can't and i'm gonna reverse that role!
so glad we won this game, got me off the hook...

We get the hom e game on Sunday? for real? Yes, someone in Aggie Athletics told me that this morning. We will host Old Dominion. Probably an easy decision when they saw how ticket sales were trending. Tonight's attendance = 3,909. Easily tops amongst WNIT & WBIT games. |

Are we hosting due to bidding war, ticket sales trend before the game, etc? |

Good win tonight great Crowd as well,but Sunday game against ODU will be a different foe.We will need a Wake Fosrest type game to get the Win can not come put flat they have a lot of height and one there top players from Charlotte.Ladies going have to get out the gate fast.

SIDE NOTE: Truth be told, we could really be a great basketball school if we wanted to be. Still the most all-time conference championships of any D1 HBCU program, even with the lack of success of the last 20 years. Not sure about WBB but it’s gotta be top 5 at worst. |

All that rich basketball history we have on the men’s side and the consistency of the women’s program for 15 plus years. Seems like building a strong mid major basketball program would be an ideal goal. |

So. Where does this Win rank? I know that we beat UNC-C ( down there), yrs ago in some tournament., and Wake.
Btw Earl Hilton played Chess with hosting this game. The crowd was kind of close to 60/40. The Team needed Aggie Nation.
I can hear the G pep band’s song selection…a blend of music..
