A win over Hampton is always a great win. Being short handy was a problem but this offense just seems to be disjointed.A lot of inconsistent play and our primary post player is rarely in the post.Dorsey and Barcone are the only relatively consistent offense players. I guest we have one player that is a designated dribbler and the rest kind of stand around.Hope we get some players back soon.

I've noticed that our Game is a "slow down" type of offense unless opportunity presents. Swing it looking for an inside touch, until the other Team gets tired/ or Fouls too much. We knock down the FT's and get Them in trouble. By the time of the 4th Qtr, we are hopefully playing against some potential bench players (at times) and we pour it on. For instance, tonight Bracone only took a few jumpers it seems....I could be wrong. We go to the Line. We are now winning like a James Harden, to the Line type way. We just look better than Teams...by us now using any hero ball, just steady grinding...imo.

North Carolina A&T 73, Hampton 58 | Box Score Jordyn Dorsey recorded her second double-double in the past three games, leading North Carolina A&T (16-7, 10-2 CAA) to a 73-58 victory over Hampton (2-20, 2-10 CAA) at Corbet Arena on Friday evening. Dorsey had a game-high 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead four Aggies in double figures. Chaniya Clark and Laila Acox added 12 points apiece, while Maleia Bracone contributed 10. A&T led 30-24 at halftime, but their third-quarter effort made the difference, outscoring the Lady Pirates 26-16 in the frame behind nine points from Dorsey. Camryn Hill paced Hampton with 19 points, reaching double figures for the seventh consecutive contest.

IMHO, Free Throws and Turnovers were a problem. Bracone and Clark had 4 turnovers and 8 of our 17 all together. That’s not going to cut it against Stony Brook and the better CAA teams.
