Great interview. Coach Ross seems to get it. He demonstrates his coaching IQ when he said something like “they don’t care how much you know, if they know how much you care”. This dude gets it. He’s in it for the big picture. That mindset doesn’t just help kids win games, it helps them win life. Well done Coach Ross, and great job Inside The Valley crew on this interview.
