I think the best coaches will be the ones that can best manage getting teams to jell the quickest each season due to the turnover caused by the TP and NIL. I believe that eventually Congress will insert themselves into this matter, and make some laws to reverse or control what some see as a major image problem for their institution. One thing that schools can consider doing, is to require schools that players transfer to compensate them for their financial expense in educating, training and producing a better-quality player. Be compensated for being a "minor league organization". |
