The first time we have beaten Campbell in basketball since joining the Big South and CAA.

Team has drastically improved since I last watched them; I’m starting to be impressed with the coaching.

We can compete with the bottom half of the conference and win some games…the top teams will be rough…if they stay healthy…we will be in most contests.

However, between the injuries and waiting on the NCAA to allow multiple transfers to be eligible, we were missing key cogs. Now that we’re closer to 100%, we’re going to be a tough out. If Coach can keep the key players around and we get beefier up front, we can win this thing in 2025.

With pretty much a brand new roster…

wow, looking at the stats for the campbell game, we held campbell to only 34% shooting from the floor for the entire game! i luv it!! this team plays "defense" and i luv it! now, we have to clamp down a bit more on our 3 pt shooting defense, i'd like to see us keep our opponents under 30% shooting from the 3. we did that in the 2nd half (25%), but allowed 40% three point shooting in the 1st half and that's not good.
i really like the way this team plays. there is no "hero ball" like last season, though glasper takes a large share of shots but i believe that's because coach ross gives him the green light. but for the most part, this team plays "team ball" on both ends of the court and i luv it.
now all we need to do is add a couple of "major impact" recruits for next season, especially in the post. i'm assuming qua brown will be "healthy" next season which should give us another "high volume" scorer since qua was a "4star" recruit coming outta high school. if i'm not mistaken, robinson is the only player on our roster who will not have any eligibility left next season. so unlike this season, next season we will have a "very experienced" team (assuming everyone stays put) with a "4star" scoring guard joining our lineup.
no reason not to expect big things from our team "next season"...
