EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (Aug. 24, 2023) – Starting this academic year, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University students, faculty and fans will be sharing a Coke on campus and at athletic events. North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and Coca-Cola Consolidated today announced a partnership naming Coca-Cola as the official soft drink of the university. “We are thrilled to join forces with Coca-Cola Consolidated and their family of brands and flavors,” said Angela Peterson, associate vice chancellor for Campus Enterprises. “The 2023 academic year is right around the corner, and we are excited to bring this partnership to life on campus.” Throughout A&T’s campus and the Greensboro, North Carolina, area, consumers will see and feel Coca-Cola and the Aggies coming together to offer new experiences and programs all year round. Beginning this month, students and faculty will be able to enjoy a variety of Coca-Cola products on campus. wow! i never knew coca-cola was founded in greensboro. that means that both coca-cola and yes, " pepsi-cola" was founded in north carolina cuz new bern is the "original home of pepsi-cola"...  |

wow! i never knew coca-cola was founded in greensboro. that means that both coca-cola and yes, " pepsi-cola" was founded in north carolina cuz new bern is the "original home of pepsi-cola"... Cheerwine was founded in Salisbury. wow, didn't know that either! yet, the state "was" known for tobacco products rather than soft drinks. soft drinks would've been a better label than cigarettes... |

Hopefully we brokered the deal as a business deal not just a "community support" deal. I see that funding is coming from both the company and the foundation.

Coca-cola was invented in Atlanta Ga. She’s talking about the bottling company being founded in Greensboro. Correct May 8, 1886, the world's first Coca-Cola was served at Jacobs' Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia. It was the creation of Dr. John Pemberton as a tonic for common ailments..i.e CoCaine 😋 Cola 😆 Pepsi Cola New Bern Cherrwine Salisbury. But the most favorite drink in North Carolina is Root Beer 🍺 😆🤣😂 |
