A prime example of why we have a game zone ,unfortunately there is a small element in our community that is prone to violence .The game zone is being proactive and not waiting until something happens before doing something .

We've talked about this before. Almost every school has a certain reputation with "locals" if the school has in some way outgrown the surrounding community. Remember the scene in School Daze at KFC?

The locals picked the area that is away from campus. When you have these areas such as the old Riverwalk, now called Cottages off Sullivan Street at A&T. These are prime areas for locals to get stress off. I circled where the event took place.  |

As with any predatory behavior, it's easier to perpetrate violence when your victim is isolated away from the main campus . |
