Yes I know of that in early heats its a random lane drawn but in the semi and finals it's based off time she will need to not "ease up" as much today in the semis because she is in lane 8 There is no backing off/easing up in lane 8 and 9 😆 especially in the semis 😆 this is were you send the others a message and for lane positioning .

she will need a PR to make finals You never know . It's all up to her against the clock . Because the clock is her competition not the other runners in the race . SMIB RESPECT.

Finished 9th in semi finals Her mechanics looked off today. She had a lot of excess head and shoulder movement and her arm swing and placement seem to be too wide something that was uncharacteristic for her. Could have been nerves but she just looked off today. Also you have to attack the curve in the 200 especially in that outside Lane you can't wait to turn it on later.
