Congrats to your kid! You'll go through a lot of emotions over the next few months(if you haven't already). Thanks. Already got a college grad (unfortunately NCSU, lol) and a junior in AggieLand. Granted this one will be my last, so we'll see how it goes.

So how did the QB's throw the Rock? And signs of their winter work paying off?

Yeager returned to live action today and both QBs got in some good work, but it is honestly tough to evaluate their true performance considering the limited amount of bodies in camp right now.
Not sure how many actual starters they are playing with on offense and against on defense at the moment. I counted about 55 total guys in pads during this scrimmage, including the kick/punt specialists. That number likely includes some walk-ons and other guys who will struggle to touch the field come September.
The offensive line in particular struggled to pass protect.
Brickhandler probably had the better showing of the two from a pure quarterback standpoint. He appears to read the field quicker and is a more explosive athlete. Both Brickhandler and Yeager had some nice throws on deep balls. Obviously both had some throws they would want back too.
From the naked eye, our quarterbacks look about the same as they did at the end of spring camp last year. It appears we are running a similar offensive scheme.

Brick has had the best showing everytime I've seen him.

The highlight of the scrimmage was a 50-plus yard touchdown run by Charlie Dixon. Broke through the line and zoomed right past the safety. That kid is a locomotive.
