Anybody think it would be worth looking into getting $18.91 club patches for players' uniforms? Would the school even let us? Is that sort of thing allowed? The money is going to support them ultimately.

Never mind the players, let's get some peel off stickers for $18.91 and give them out to people coming to the games. They get a free souvenir and maybe they will go home and sign up.

BDV family, is there a plan for the $18.91 Club money being raised? What is the target fundraising goal? I think we can at least come up with a prioritized list of projects by $$ we can fund and donate to the athletics program. The first thing that comes to mind is upgrading the smaller scoreboard in the south end zone with a new digital video board of similar size. Maybe we can fund the installation of video monitors around the concourse and concession areas to enhance the fan experience. Maybe it’s just me, but I think we can entice alumni and casual donors to give more and often once they see there’s established investment goals. Just a thought.

Looks like over $23k so far. Good job. I still have some questions. Great vehicle for our younger alums and supporters to get started. As I look at the donors list I see some names who are already donors at a higher level. Hopefully they're participating at both levels and not seeing the 18.91 option as a drop-down opportunity. How is this being monitored?

How is this being monitored? Monitored? Why should this be monitored and to what end? When you roll out a new initiative you always want to monitor and track your results. This gives your source of funds and the amount of new $$ you capture. This will help you tweak your product and marketing efforts. For instance if the 18.91 donations appear to be significant then perhaps the AAF will need to consider eliminating the Bulldog & Champions donor levels?

I saw a Basketball halftime announcement for the AAF.
But the 1891 Club could “hit different “ in that it shows the X amount of Donors yielding 25K ( for instance), and for a “ cup of coffee “ a month…ect.

I just got a quarterly notice from Amazon showing how much Amazon has donated to A&T from Aggies using the Amazon non-profit link versus the regular retail site. It doesn't not cost you any more to purchase from the Amazon smile site, but if we get better participation, it will make a huge difference for the university. www.smile.amazon.comThanks to customers shopping at smile.amazon.com or using the Amazon app with AmazonSmile ON, everyday purchases make an impact. So far, AmazonSmile has donated:
$1,186.90 to Aggie Athletic Foundation of North Carolina A&T State University*
Over $334 million to US charities
Over $377 million to charities worldwide
Got an email that Amazon Smile will be ending by Feb 20 , 2023. Really sucks, it was such an easy way to give to the AAF. They said their impact was often spread too thin and want to invest in other areas where they can make meaningful change. They said a one time donation equivalent to three months of what the charity earned in 2022 will be made. In the few years I have participated, almost $2K went to the AAF

In response to the question related to is there a plan for the $18.91 money. Although I don't know the answer it would seem to me that there is no specific plan. Each time I give, I direct it to a different sport. I would assume the contributions for 2022 have been spent or at least designated somewhere in the 2023 budget . As I see it we are starting at zero for 2023 and we should perhaps see 2 line items. Contributions since inception and 2023 contributions.
