That's a good move by Coach Ross . Having to compete without your Aces will only make them better . saab, do you think coach ross is holding out his studs as a way to motivate their backups?

Seems like Coach Ross changed his mind about Harding. Came in 2nd in the 60m to Wright(A&T).

The women clearly have first place. However, the men are in a tight one!

The men would have to pull off a miracle in the 3000. Not sure how many points they would get in the 4x400.

It's away of preparing your 2nd and 3rd's in case of an emergency. The pack leaders have nothing to prove they are already battle tested. They know what is expected of themselves, especially Coach Ross wise .

Probably figured he needed more points to win the ship. I hate flat indoor tracks . Start with the fact that all 200m tracks have tighter curves than 400m tracks (on a 400, the curve is a full 100 m, which allows it to be wider). In a flat curve, the runner has to redirect her motion, pushing off with the outside foot to change direction. When the curves are banked, the angle of the track redirects her inward with less effort. The benefit is greater the faster you go, and therefore the greatest benefit is found in the 300 and 500 (and in the 4x200). If you watch a 4x200 on a flat track (especially the boys), the runners have a VERY hard time staying in their lanes, because inertia wants them to move in a straight line (which would be toward the outside of the track). On a banked track, it is much easier to maintain speed through the curve. This is the same reason why racetracks for cars used banked curves. "60 don't have to run the curves, which Coach Ross apparently doesn't like on a flat indoor surface." ? What curve 😳 😆
