What we need is for Aggies to get on board...whether loving it, skeptical, hate it, etc. I think that may be the hard part. I'm seeing a Chancellor invested in athletics working in lockstep with an athletic director invested in academics and school status and stature. We may not like where it leads in the short term but if it works...

I really wish facilities discussions could expand to other sports. Compare Corbett to almost any of these arenas and see how bad it is. The main plus about Truist is the size, and it basically stops there in terms of positives. Both of those facilities are extremely dated in looks. Corbett more so

We are going to hit 15K students
Our endowment is now $188M
This leadership team is positioning us to be the crown jewel of HBCU athletics and academics
Growth is uncomfortable, where has comfort gotten us as a people?
Trust our leaders, they haven't failed us yet

It’s only one in the CAA that doesn’t have a nicer arena than Corbett & that’s Drexel

Corbett more so After seeing the pics 919 posted I have to agree. I'm going off games I saw these teams play in over 10 years ago. I've been to Elon, William & Mary, Hampton (of course), and Towson. I actually went to Towson's homecoming and had no idea it was their homecoming lol. They had a special on tix online and wifey got them for my bday. Parked a two minute walk from the stadium. You wanna talk about culture shock. A half-empty stadium for homecoming? If the DMV Aggies make the trip and we put a decent product on the field, it's a start. When I went to William & Mary the stadium was damn near a dump. They've also upgraded. We're going to have to put millions upon millions into facilities alone. We literally have to make Truist a track stadium and build a football only facility from scratch at this point.

Another Avenue we need to open into for these discussions is not just drone pics of stadiums...but football locker rooms. Not exaggerating when I say we might not even have the best locker room of all the HIGH SCHOOLs in Guilford County. It’s awful.

What I don't see from our coaches is the Broadway attitude of "You better get me now." from anyone other than Ross. That's the attitude you need going into this league. Broadway said in so many words y'all won't be able to hang with me in three years.

Not funny at all. You could have chosen a different pic. But you made your point and I agree.

I recorded most of it. I might upload it later today when I get a chance.
