Did anybody who is against the gamezone actually question the AD (he's very approachable) either in one of his town hall meetings or directly? I posed several questions in the town hall meetings and he answered them all head on. I'm hoping this isn't another case of "I'll complain on here but not to the source." Just axin for a friend. I can't wait to see the professional dodging of and/or absolute anger at this pertinent question... Mostly professional dodging. The worst part is there are actually some decent ideas that probably merit consideration.

It’s not about the distance to Laurel or the fact that we have other tailgate spots on campus. The point is the biggest ambassadors to A&T football are limited to invite people to the tailgate that we want. We don’t have the ability to make future Aggies. We are the ones stuck in a cage all day. Again the only people it limits is us. And it will never make sense from any stand point... How are you being limited when all anyone who wants to tailgate with you in your chosen spot has to do is to have a ticket??

I dont know why he just dont admit the real problem is that he wants to be close to the stadium AND have anyone fall through and thats the main issue. That he has to choose. Maybe it aint enough "sights" for you or something.

Maybe it aint enough "sights" for you or something. Because it’s not the real problem. If you have 2000 dedicated Aggies in the fence why would you limit their capacity to engage future Aggies when they love the school the most. And then turn around and make it unlimited for those who pay less and don’t care as much. It defies common sense. Which again why no reputable program does it. All of this on a completely false narrative on the community and to feed egoes.

For the record. As a group we decided this week to tailgate outside the Game Zone for homecoming. I have season tickets and so do other in my group. But we also have people that want to participate that don't know if they can make it, make the whole time, who they might come with or bring with them yet. So we made the decision to do Laurel. As we talked about it we came to the conclusion that it was just easier to not have the game zone restrictions hinder some stuff. We will be walking 2 more minutes to get in the game to our seats, which aint much. And now I can serve the "community" by giving out a few extra plates to freeloaders . The Game Zone was very restrictive and some of the benefits we get back are well worth the slightly further walk. Decision was made. People in the Game Zone will enjoy and so will us folk on Laurel. Restricting people that pay the most and loves the school the most is pound for penny stupid in terms of marketing, building and maintaining culture. “He doesn’t want to pay” is exhibit A of a privilege mindset and is indicative of the problem . It is a privileged statement. Because I can do it I expect everyone to be the same as me. I can afford to have me and my family but I might not be able to afford another 100.00 for 3 kids to come that are not mine, it’s disappointing people say this. You expect this out of rich conservatives not black folks who is just a generation away from the “community” you are scared of and half your family is still in that situation. It’s unbelievable. Don’t ask people to leave the tailgate because they want to invite people, I would say the opposite. If you want exclusive at a 21k div 1 football stadium maybe you should stay at home and watch it online. You can be exclusive as you want to be and you don’t have to worry about your fear of getting shot in the head walking to the stadium. Again zero reasons to have a gamezone. It only serves to feed egos. That’s it.

It serves to keep the free loaders away🤷🏾♂️. What is wrong with being a conservative? Most black people are conservatives however the deal of getting free stuff and being able to blame everyone else for problems is too good of a deal to pass up.
Kind of the way some keep blaming the game zone for their friends not being willing to support A&T financially but want all the spoils.
Like why buy the cow if I can get the milk for free🤷🏾♂️
