I'm heading down Saturday morning with my ride decked out in Aggie paraphernalia. Just want the team to play error-free football and be disciplined against the triple-option that Furman runs. As much as I would love to win 45-10, I think it's going to be a tough game. If Furman beats us - fine. I just don't want us to beat us (ie. unnecessary penalties, turnovers, etc). My biggest concern is the rust from not playing in a long time. Hopefully I'm wrong but I expect to see some miscues....penalties, timing, etc. early on. Just can't underestimate game experience. Like most of our out of conference matchups I expect this to be another close game. Reminds me of 2018 first game vs #6 Jacksonville State and 2019 vs #20 Elon. Both went down to last play of the game with us coming out on top. Don't be surprised if we see something similar this weekend.

I think we will be just fine , I didn’t see Central with any rust this past weekend so I don’t expect to see us (the better team) have any. As long as the players are on the same page we will be good to go in SC. Aggies by 10

Good news Aggie fans, the temperature will be slightly cooler on Saturday...in the mid 80s. The recent storm lowered the temperature from the mid 90s, but it raised the humidity. Hopefully that will be better for us fans as well as our players.

FYI they sold out of the hospitality tickets With the news (and rumors) of the return of the Coronavirus, I suspect there will be a few no-shows. Folks on Facebook are panicking and as usual, over reacting! I believe if you wear your mask and social distance at the game, you will be okay. But, I haven't spoken to Dr. Fauci today so my predictions may change later.

That might be a blessing.
That hospitality tent idea sounds like a COVID convention.

FYI they sold out of the hospitality tickets What are hospitality tickets and how many were sold? aggie2039 - The SC Upstate Alumni Chapter is holding a meet and greet on Friday night and hospitality/tailgate on Saturday before the game (at least). They had a deadline of Friday, July 27th to sign up via EventBrite. I didn't know of a limited number of tickets. I thought I saw someone post the info. on one of the threads in here but I can't remember the thread.

Better not take any chances. While sarcastic, you could be on to something.

Better not take any chances. 😂 although me and my family are vaccinated, me and the Mrs will still put ours and others safety and health into consideration and wear mask. Just miss my Aggie family and the atmosphere.
