Please remember everyone that many of our conference mates have stretched athletics budgets, as-is. Ain't no way these schools can afford testing of student-athletes more than once they arrive on campus and once more after that. The only clear variable for this is no football season and no open campus for at least a semester. West Coast your assessments are true in referencing other programs athletic budgeting limitations being stretched because of the testing criterias . If this thing is not handled right there may not be any type of seasons to look forward to for sometime .

So how do you handle the rest of the student body if or when we open the campus up ? The problem is not on the athletic side because at best the numbers are significantly small and it would be easier to test , track , quarantine and isolate and retest as needed . But the student population is a whole different ballgame when it comes to the testing, contact tracing/tracking , Quarantining and isolation and retesting of a student population of over 11 to 12 thousand Bodies and that is not counting on-site support and service staff and also the administrative staff . All of throughs bodies on campus at one time is a Accident Waiting to happen . What student in there own mind would pay room and board to live in a dorm and take online classes. When they can do it from the safety of their own home .Again I say that it would be a foolish mistake to open the campus ; but as some have explained that it was not the Chancellor's call . But who ever call it is it's still a bonehead and foolish move to open up the campus. Also after thinking about this for quite some time I continue to ask my self why are we having a season at all anyway . It can not be to generate Revenue ? Because from what I see we are just throwing funds away to play a season with two many if's . Because in the end if we play all in conference games they will be decided by the teams that can keep their starters on the field . Contrary to what some people may think there is an increasing number people that are being re-infected by 19 and besides that no one is addressing the damage and lingering effects that 19 inflicts on the body . Where are the Black Lives Matter people when you need them . No the assumption was base on only the student athlete would come on campus. Specifically the football players only. The rest of the student would have on loine classes. The content of my answer was sole base on Aggie Monster statement about exposing the cafeteria workers. I was only suggesting how you can minimize the exposing. It was not trying the address the National World Pandemic issues. At the end of the day we all just wasting our time because non of this is going to happen when the UNC system will terminate not having fall sports. Trues I hope that you are correct and about the UNC system terminating the fall sports season and not opening the campus .UF in Gainesville are only accommodating seniors that need in person instruction mostly medical related majors and majors that required some type of off campus internships . Because this limits class and on campus population size to a minimum and promoting better social distancing. I don't know if A&T may want to focus on that type of approach .
