We were 11 for 21 from 3pt and over 50% FG shooting overall. Wow! Can’t ask for better shooting than that. Hard to believe our FT shooting is so bad. IMO it’s a lack of focus.

BTW: Me and Durham had a running conversation with No. 10 for Bethune Cookman all game long.
When you consider that you can get courtside seats for just $25, I dont see why more people are not coming out to these games.
This is pretty much the best value for any sports entertainment option that there is in the entire city.

BTW: Me and Durham had a running conversation with No. 10 for Bethune Cookman all game long. When you consider that you can get courtside seats for just $25, I dont see why more people are not coming out to these games. This is pretty much the best value for any sports entertainment option that there is in the entire city. Yep. Gotta respect Pope. Dude was smiling all game... tough competitor, but good sport. And for those who aren't season ticket holders yet... $182 for 12 games. ($15 per game) Something to keep in mind for next season. |

This collection of refs was HORRENDOUS. Calling fouls for breathing.....constantly stopping the game and taking 5+ minutes to come to decisions. They did everything possible to make a good game bad. With all that being said, they were right about the technical foul on Kwe. As soon as I saw what he did, I knew it was a "2-shots-and-the-ball" situation. STAT LINE OF THE NIGHT - 16 POINTS, 12 ASSISTS, 6 REBOUNDS, 5 STEALS.....That's 1st-team All-MEAC PG basketball number right there....On another note.....gotta get even more Aggies out to these games. For all the complaining of wanting a good product on the floor.......WE GOT IT!!! You will get your money's worth coming to every home game in Club Corbett. Great game tonight!! I know we got a game on Monday vs Del St....... but that Norfolk State game next week - this game deserves 4000+ folks up in Corbett. It's gonna an ole-fashioned CIAA shootout. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO MISS THIS ONE!! I was hoping for 3K tonight. With the AAF Social next weekend... we might hit that 4K. My understanding is that there are non-advertised youth promotions for targeted groups. So we'll see different groups at different games.
If so, they need to reduce the capacity listed by the number of seats that are pushed back. ESPN GAMECAST always publishes each game's ATTENDANCE and CAPACITY, and then gives the percentage of seats used.

Quick fix let the team camp in Moore Gym and shoot free throws all night no distractions ladies/coeds, homies just team except those in labs but they wii have to put in at least one hour on free throw line 95%. |

Damn... reviewing for a flagrant foul on Kwe Parker So disappointed in Kwe for his lack of composure and selfishness. He was having a good game at that point, and then he almost single-handedly let Bethune back in it. I saw several altercations with him and Cookman player and I wondered why coach didn't take him out before the technical. Why leave him in with just a few seconds in the game? |

Nah, I just think that kid is legit crazy. First minute of the game, Parker hits a wide open 3 and then starts cussing at the Bethune defender for not guarding him closer. lol. |

Hate to sound racist but, the white ref was doing us in big time. I’m not understanding. Is it because Bethune’s coach is white? This makes no sense! First of all, he made a lot of calls out position...anticipating a call when there wasn't. And we got a lot of touch calls when, they were fouling the hell out of us too. 7 minutes remaining we had 10 team fouls and they had 6...this means they were shooting 2 before we made the one and one. I can live with them calling fouls on us but, dayum call it both ways. I know there were at least straight possessions, the white guy called fouls on us nothing on them. You either let them play or you call it both ways. |

We got a bad Del St (2-16) team coming in on Monday.....we've already played them and seen what they (don't) have.
Sunday and Monday......nothing but free throw shooting!!
Another thing.....for all that AND-1 showboat dunking they like to do before the game and at halftime, their tails need to be at the FT line getting some FT reps in.
Seriously, our FT shooting is really the only significant flaw we got. We're pretty much straight with everything else....
