Hate to sound racist but, the white ref was doing us in big time. Meac referees are the worst. 4 fouls called in the first 1:15 of the game. You’ll never see that in a power 5 game. Power 5 ref camps train and teach refrain the first 2 minutes. They did not let the game get a organic flow. With better refs this game wound have been in the 120’s. Good players plY through tic tac. Horrible referees but is been that way for a while. |

Damn... reviewing for a flagrant foul on Kwe Parker So disappointed in Kwe for his lack of composure and selfishness. He was having a good game at that point, and then he almost single-handedly let Bethune back in it. |

This collection of refs was HORRENDOUS. Calling fouls for breathing.....constantly stopping the game and taking 5+ minutes to come to decisions. They did everything possible to make a good game bad.
With all that being said, they were right about the technical foul on Kwe. As soon as I saw what he did, I knew it was a "2-shots-and-the-ball" situation.
STAT LINE OF THE NIGHT - 16 POINTS, 12 ASSISTS, 6 REBOUNDS, 5 STEALS.....That's 1st-team All-MEAC PG basketball number right there....
On another note.....gotta get even more Aggies out to these games. For all the complaining of wanting a good product on the floor.......WE GOT IT!!! You will get your money's worth coming to every home game in Club Corbett. Great game tonight!!
I know we got a game on Monday vs Del St.......but that Norfolk State game next week - this game deserves 4000+ folks up in Corbett. It's gonna an ole-fashioned CIAA shootout. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO MISS THIS ONE!!

On another note.....gotta get even more Aggies out to these games. For all the complaining of wanting a good product on the floor.......WE GOT IT!!! You will get your money's worth coming to every home game in Club Corbett. Great game tonight!! My 10-year-old refuses to miss A&T basketball games now. I have no choice but to buy reserved seats, even if I have something else going on that day. Once you capture the young fans you are virtually guaranteed of selling multiple tickets. I dont know how we're going to do it, but we gotta target the kids. |

That's a tough line to toe, and he crossed it tonight with the back & forth against Bailey. But the talent is there... 15 pts on 7 field goal attempts, 3 of 3 from 3-pt range. And the 2nd half defense on freshman 3-pt specialist Joe French and then Bailey. It's the laboratory of life. |

Man, Kwe is a head case. The ref came over and told him and Bailey to cut it out ... and then 10 seconds later he swings an elbow at Bailey for no apparent reason.
We had the ball and a 5 point lead with 29 seconds left. How in the world do you not have enough self control at that point to just walk away?

Horrible referees but is been that way for a while. Yeah... 28 fouls on both teams. BCU went 26 of 33 from the FT line. We went 27 of 46 from the FT line. The refs weren't the reason this game was close. Gotta get there on FTs. |

There's a reason why a talent like Kwe was in the situation he was in. We've seen some of the really good. We've also saw some of the really bad tonight. How well we coach/counsel that may determine how far we go the rest of this year. That's why I say it's a laboratory of life. It's all types of mad science experiments going on in our games now.  |

My understanding is that there are non-advertised youth promotions for targeted groups. So we'll see different groups at different games. |
