I have recently run across people who are involved in political and governing
arms of our country who argue that there is a threat from new policies and laws that are not being announced publicly, which can or will weaken the financial ability of Black students to attend College. I haven’t yet grasped the full picture of what’s happening, but one of the concerns mentioned was the reduction of government loans for school, Is there anyone better advised as to the new policies and laws that could affect the ability of HBCU’ to maintain a predominately Historical Black Identity?
