For those contemplating attending the away game vs. Charleston Southern, their stadium capacity is 4,000. Four thousand... I saw that. I figure if they got SC Steat and their fans in there, they can get us in there. Good info to know: stadiumjourney.com/stadiums/buccaneer-field-s1765

Man we're going to rock that little box that Saturday. The BGMM and about 3000 Aggie fans...wow!

You should not be allowed to play FCS with a stadium like that. That's ridiculous. I wonder if the bgmm will even try to fit in there. This is worst than NCCU.

i say schedule a "d2" team so that guys like fowler won't have to go all season long without playing "extended minutes". i totally disagree with those who see no value in playing a d2 team. to the contrary, its very valuable as a tool to develop your backup players, particularly your true freshmen, transfers, and your 3rd & 4th string players. i mean, just think about it? good thing raynard managed to stay heathy throughout the cb becasue kylil had the auto accident, so he couldn't play in the cb. that means fowler would've been the next man up as our qb and fowler didn't take any "meaningful" snaps all season long. how would you like to have relied on an inexperienced redshirt freshman to lead us to cb victory? coach broadway "always" had a d2 on his schedule and astutely so. a lot of fbs schools have at least one fcs school on their schedule for the exact same reason coach broadway did it, to develop your 3rd and 4th deep players in a real game... Presby is a D2 Program that masquerades as D1. We would be fine with a team like them in Aggie Stadium. Presbyterian is hosting Eastern Kentucky on September 21st. ekusports.com/schedule.aspx?path=football

We need to talk to Charleston Southern in advance. They are gonna erect a good number of temporary bleachers.....The only other option would be to move the game to a larger high school stadium. The stadium is THAT SMALL and inadequate for Aggie Nation.
Davidson is available on Sept 28th....looking at their schedule, it is very incomplete. Presbyterian is also open on Sept 28th. Kennesaw St has no games scheduled in September yet. That would be a nice test.

Not 100% sure anymore but our byes are on September 21 and November 9. 🤷🏿♂️

I don't see a problem with their small stadium... We just tell our fans to buy their tickets in advance and show up at the stadium early. I've waited 50 years to see my Aggie family take over a PWI stadium and I can't wait!

Yeah, their visitor side looks like a recently built middle school home side, but do y'all think we will travel 3-4 4 hours like that for Charleston Southern? I wont be there. They average about 2000 for attendance. So 4000 capacity with a few extra bleachers sounds about right for 2000 Aggie fans. It will be tight, but oh well. We'll fit with a few temp bleachers installed. Are yall really expected more than about 2000 aggie fans for this game? We'll just be sitting with them on their on side is all.
Sidenote. Gardner Webb was a season opener in 2017. Only 2hrs 30minutes away from A&T and the attendance was 7000. CSU is 4 hours away and game number 3, but it is their home opener.

Need a D2 or a very very bad FCS team on 21st so we can tighten up for conference play starting on the 28th.
21st and 28th (DSU) will be great practices
