Something tells me that may be the area the Convocation center will go on. If you look at that space (Labeld H on the map) you will see that part of that is where the new band center is going to be

I wonder how much competition the university is up against from private investors in these land acquisitions. Not much, if anything, developers want to partner with A&T because of its presence in east Greensboro.

Good. I was curious about whether a potential land grab could happen in that neighborhood between Salem and E Lindsay Streets. Although, I think the university has a good argument for the use of eminent domain.

i luv it! i really like how "aggressive" dr. martin is to grow and expand our campus/enrollment. i'd like to see us put some "distance" between our enrollment compared to the 2nd largest hbcu. and dr. martin is doing it the right way, the average gpa/sat scores for our new enrollees are up. so not only are we growing, but we're also improving the quality of our students...
